  5. Activities & Tours Refund policies for activities and tours vary by provider. Hotels Travel Solutions facilitates these bookings but does not control the vendors’ cancellation terms. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
  6. Travel Insurance If you purchase travel insurance through our platform, premium costs are typically non-refundable once the policy takes effect. Claims for covered events must be filed directly with the insurance provider according to their policy terms.
